What is the refund policy?

What if I need some help?
We offer email support with each of the products. If you are looking for assistance with planning your content specific to your audience, you can hire us for one-on-one consulting to help you learn the basics and build a strategy together.
What platforms are these products for?
We specialize in Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin. If you are looking for specified platforms outside the big 4, like dribble or pinterest, these might not be the items for your strategy.
Can I use your products to enhance my services?
You can assist another company to use this product, but they will require their own licence to use it. Please direct them to purchase from our website prior to assisting them to create the content using our templates and products.
