After 10 years in business as a Social Media Consultant, I’ve learned a thing or two about working with clients on their social media accounts.
I’ve learned that planning is the majority of the work, and actually creating content is a lot easier when you have a plan ready to tackle it.
I’ve learned that the highest level of engagement comes from interacting with your customers and having fun on social media getting to know them.
And I’ve learned that if you don’t tell your audience what you offer, they won’t know what to ask you for.
While we put so much effort into educating and engaging our audience, it’s easy to assume that they know exactly what you offer. But most of the time, your audience—big or small—is only catching snippets.

What it is: Social media management is the process of creating, publishing, promoting, and managing content across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Social Media for Events (Short Term)
What it is: Are you planning an event and need help promoting it prior to the event, during the event and after? KA Social Media and her team can be hired on a short-term basis to help you push the word about your event. Packages are available for 6 months, 3 months, 1 month or day of coordination.

What it is: An overview and audit of all your social media platforms and your website. Your social media will be thoroughly analyzed, and a report will be sent with what’s working and what needs improvement. 1-hour overview consultation is included in all social media audits.
Social Media Strategy
What it is: A social media strategy is a summary of everything you plan to do and hope to achieve on social media. We set your goals, and then we determine how we will achieve your goals. The social media strategy guides your actions and lets you know whether you’re on the right track or need to alternate your plans.
Coaching/Training
What it is: 1-on-1 or group coaching and training sessions are available. Topics include brainstorming, content creation, all social media platforms, scheduling platforms, content calendars, digital marketing and pretty much anything relating to social media marketing.
